As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact digital products within banking and insurance environments. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that product vision, stakeholder expectations, and technical execution are perfectly aligned., * Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business value.

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements) and collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and development teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across business, IT, and data teams.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with data teams on dashboards, reporting, and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Lakes).
• Contribute to strategic decisions related to product roadmap, evolution, and innovation.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements in banking and insurance contexts.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.

• Strong background in banking and/or insurance sectors.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments., * Own and manage the product backlog.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint.

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project governance.

• Data-oriented mindset with experience in dashboards and analytics tools:

• Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics

• SQL, BigQuery, Data Lake environments

• Ability to collaborate closely with IT and technical teams (APIs, data platforms, architecture discussions).
