• Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules
• Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem
• Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live
• Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams
• Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking
• Work side by side with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross-functional teams, * Real ownership from day one

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of logistics experience, and strong Excel skills. Additional languages such as Chinese or Spanish are valued.
