ELK Data Engineer

BANCO SANTANDER is seeking an ELK Data Engineer for the Gravity team, located in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). This role involves developing and automating tools to enhance digital operations and ensure service stability. Candidates should have a graduate degree in a related field and a proven background with the ELK stack., * Develop, automate and create tools to transform digital operations and improve functionality and stability of ITOps.

• Identify potential problems in services exposed by Grupo Santander to clients with preventive measures.
• Use Machine Learning and advanced analytics to minimize impact of problems, anticipate issues, detect patterns and anomalies.

• Graduate degree in Informatics, Communications, Electricity and Electronics, or Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

• Advanced ELK stack skills are essential., Advanced ELK stack skills Machine Learning Kibana visualizations SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) Git High level English proficiency Programming in Python, Graduate degree in Informatics, Communications, Electricity and Electronics, or Engineering, * Graduate degree in Informatics, Communications, Electricity and Electronics, or Engineering (Computer, Telecommunications, Industrial, etc.).

• Minimum 2 years of experience.

• Advanced ELK stack skills.

• Experience with ELK Machine Learning module for IT operations.

• Advanced visualisations with Kibana (Canvas, Vega).

• Version control with Git.

• SQL experience: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

• Collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence.

• High level English proficiency.

• Programming in Python - desirable.

• Elastic certifications: Elastic Certified Engineer; Elastic Certified Analyst - desirable.
