Job description

A leading global technology company in Barcelona is seeking a Workforce Management Integration Support Specialist. The role requires candidates with a strong background in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi, responsible for the implementation and optimization of Time and Absence systems. You will be pivotal in driving efficiency and innovation while managing ambiguous situations.   • Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
  • Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
  • Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions.
  • Implement, update and deploy new integrations or update existing integrations.
  • Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi.

  • Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations.

  • Expertise with modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling., * Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi.

  • Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations.

  • Expertise with one or more modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling.

  • Ability to setup or modify configurations.

  • Experience with JSON, HTML, JavaScript, Groovy and SQL.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio.

  • Fluency in English.

Preferred

  • Broad set of experiences with HR, Timekeeping and Payroll applications.
  • UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Implementation experience with UKG Pro WFM.
  • Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work on global teams with cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
