Workforce Management Integration Support Specialist

A leading global technology company in Barcelona is seeking a Workforce Management Integration Support Specialist. The role requires candidates with a strong background in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi, responsible for the implementation and optimization of Time and Absence systems. • Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
• Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
• Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions.
• Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions.
• Implement, update and deploy new integrations or update existing integrations.
• Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features.
• Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi.

• Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations.

• Expertise with modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling., * Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi.

• Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations.

• Expertise with one or more modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling.

• Ability to setup or modify configurations.

• Experience with JSON, HTML, JavaScript, Groovy and SQL.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Ability to manage ambiguity.

• Strong time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio.

• Fluency in English.

Preferred

• Broad set of experiences with HR, Timekeeping and Payroll applications.
• UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Implementation experience with UKG Pro WFM.
• Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability.
• Ability to work on global teams with cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
