Head of Backend (.NET)

Social Discovery Group invites applications for the Head of Backend (.NET) position in Lérida, Spain. This role involves leading the backend engineering team and ensuring code quality and service reliability. Candidates should have strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+), along with a proven track record in team leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent routing solutions, anti-fraud systems, and implementing AI tools in software development, working alongside a diverse team dedicated to social innovation., * Own code quality, code reviews, and technical design.

• Develop and improve intelligent routing, including RL / Q-learning approaches.
• Develop and improve anti-fraud systems.
• Build resilient services using patterns such as idempotency, saga, outbox/inbox, and retries.
• Ensure application-level reliability: performance, correctness, and fault tolerance.
• Implement and scale AI tools in software development and testing.
