SAP FI CO Functional Consultant (S/4HANA) (Almería)

• Collaborate with Master Data management teams and finance stakeholders.

C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores across Europe. We are collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf (Germany). The role will be worked in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home. What you'll be doing S/4HANA Finance Solution Ownership

• Act as the in-house functional lead for SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Intercompany accounting, and Central Finance considerations.

• Own the end-to-end functional design of S/4HANA Finance processes.

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops to drive simplification and standardization.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the System Integrator.

• Review and approve FI/CO configuration, enhancements, and functional designs.

Cross-Functional Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Master Data management teams to ensure alignment of finance-relevant master data (e.g., chart of accounts, cost centres, profit centres, business partners).
• Work with Sourcing & Procurement teams to support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integration, including account determination, pricing, and intercompany purchasing scenarios.
• Partner with Supply Chain Management teams to ensure accurate financial integration for inventory valuation, production costing, and logistics postings.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, revenue recognition, margin analysis, and CO-PA reporting.
• Ensure end-to-end business process integration across Finance and operational functions.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary SAP Finance contact for finance leadership and teams.
• Facilitate workshops on financial close, reporting, intercompany alignment, CO-PA, and cross-functional integration topics.
• Advise stakeholders on S/4HANA capabilities such as embedded analytics and Fiori.

System Integrator Collaboration

• Work closely with SI consultants to ensure quality functional delivery.
• Review configuration rationale, WRICEF objects, and integration scenarios.
• Challenge non-standard or overly complex designs.

Testing, Cutover & Go-Live Support

• Define and support end-to-end FI/CO testing, including cross-functional process validation.
• Support cutover, financial validation, and reconciliation.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support.

Integration & Finance Landscape Design

• Support integration across multiple S/4HANA systems, including Central Finance and intercompany scenarios.
• Contribute to harmonised finance and cross-functional process design.

Post-Go-Live & Continuous Improvement

• Act as functional owner of S/4HANA Finance.
• Manage enhancements and contribute to finance and cross-functional roadmap initiatives.

Rindus is looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant to lead S/4HANA Finance processes either from their Málaga office or remotely. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and have participated in S/4HANA implementation cycles., * 5+ years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant.

• Participation in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA Finance implementation.

• Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Finance and cross-functional integration., S/4HANA Finance integration Cross-functional collaboration Business process design Stakeholder engagement Testing and validation Fluent English, * 5+ years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant.

• Participation in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA Finance implementation.

• Strong S/4HANA Finance and cross-functional integration knowledge.

• Experience integrating multiple S/4HANA systems is a plus.

• Fluent English.
