DATA LEAD - EUROPE - REMOTE - 6+ MONTHS

We're looking for a Data Lead/Project Manager to lead and deliver all data-related activities within a major Plant & Brand transformation across multiple European countries. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end data migration workstream in a complex SAP to Microsoft Dynamics environment, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data migration strategy across scoping, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and cutover
• Lead data profiling, quality management, and cleansing activities
• Manage ETL processes across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and migration accuracy across all phases
• Own data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage data cutover plans including multiple rehearsal cycles
• Lead cross-functional teams including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain
• Track risks, dependencies, and report progress to senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-12+ years of experience in data migration, ETL, and data management
• Strong experience with SAP ECC (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, etc.)
• Proven track record delivering multi-country transformation programs (FMCG/CPG preferred)
• Experience with Syniti ADMM, SAP Migration Cockpit, or similar tools
• Experience with SAP ECC - Microsoft Dynamics migration (essential)
• Experience with SAP ECC - S/4HANA migration is a plus
• Strong expertise in data quality, cleansing, and profiling at scale
• Knowledge of key master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, Finance, etc.)
• Experience managing complex cutover planning and execution
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Candidate must based in the EU

Contract Details:

• Start Date: Early July 2026
• Duration: 6months +
• Location: Remote (with occasional travel in Europe)
• Contract Type: Freelance/Contract
