What's Involved?
- Involvement in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle.
- Requirements analysis working closely with our in-house domain experts.
- Designing, developing and testing software components, APIs, and applications.
- Monitoring and supporting operational systems and implementing dev-ops best practice.
- Researching new technologies, prototyping, and bringing innovation to our solutions.
Desirable Skills
- Degree level education in relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Appreciation of Software Development practices and design (OOAD, DDD, TDD, patterns).
- Experience of a high-level programming language (Java, Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, C#).
- Exposure to any of the following:
- Developing desktop, web or mobile applications.
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Serverless, Containers).
- Web technologies (REST API, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc).
- Database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, Mongo, DynamoDB, etc).
- DevOps Practices and Tools (Configuration as code, CI/CD, Docker).

- Transport links, You will receive a starting salary of £28k or higher depending upon your experience, skills and qualifications, alongside additional benefits including an employer contributory pension scheme and annual leave entitled that increases with length of service.
Employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week within Monday to Friday, there is some flexibility available around start times between 8am and 10am and finish times between 4:30pm and 6:30pm, although must also be suited to business requirements.
