Job description
We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician with strong experience supporting enterprise desktop environments. This is an onsite role supporting end users, devices, software deployments, and IT infrastructure in a large corporate setting.
Requirements
3+ years of Desktop Support experience (Service Desk experience alone is not sufficient) Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365 support Microsoft Intune and/or JAMF device management PowerShell scripting and automation Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and troubleshooting Hardware, software, VPN, and network troubleshooting Experience with ServiceNow, Team Dynamix, or similar ITSM tools Device deployment, imaging, asset management, and lifecycle support Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred:
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, or JAMF certifications ITIL experience Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or endpoint security tools VDI experience (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD)
Associate Degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience required.
