Requirements

Experience supporting web server-based applications.

Strong understanding of Java applications, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and MongoDB.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools:

AppDynamics

Grafana
Familiarity with production support processes, incident management, and problem management.
Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to troubleshoot complex issues.
Operational Skills
- Experience providing production and pre-production support.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support and pager duty rotations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving issue resolution.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI-assisted development and operational tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, Codex, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of DevOps and platform engineering practices.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
