Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Application Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the system meets business needs, supports end users, and operates efficiently.
This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams., * Administer and support the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Customize applications, including fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports/dashboards
- Manage data integrity through data imports, exports, deduplication, and quality monitoring
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related user support and issue resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for usability and efficiency
- Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and training materials
- Support integration efforts with third-party tools and applications
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features where applicable
Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Salesforce UI tools?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data models, and security concepts
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flow Builder, and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, * Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Basic knowledge of SOQL or Apex (a plus but not required)
