Warehouse IT Support Technician

Seeking a Warehouse IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the reliable operation of systems and devices critical to daily warehouse activities., * Provide technical support for warehouse staff, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, handheld scanners, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Support warehouse systems and ensure reliable operation of warehouse technology and network connectivity.
• Manage IT assets, coordinate equipment repairs, and assist with user setup and technical escalations.

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.

• Experience supporting scanners, printers, mobile devices, and Windows-based systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills., * Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environments.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational setting.

Pay: $29.00 per hour
