Job description
We are seeking a senior technology executive to lead enterprise Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, ERP, Desktop Support, and Web/Digital operations. This role serves as the organization's top technology and information security leader, with responsibility for protecting information assets, strengthening cyber resilience, modernizing systems, and aligning technology strategy with business growth.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Commercial, Quality, Operations, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, ERP, desktop support, and web/digital teams.
- Define and execute IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and mature a cybersecurity governance program aligned with NIST CSF 2.0 or similar frameworks.
- Own cyber risk management, security policies, data protection, identity access management, vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Oversee Microsoft 365, AWS, networks, endpoints, enterprise applications, ERP systems, web platforms, and digital environments.
- Lead technology project portfolios, major system implementations, security initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, cyber insurance, auditors, and executive leadership on risk, regulatory, and security matters.
- Develop and manage technology and cybersecurity operating and capital budgets.
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing IT and cybersecurity leadership team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and recommend adoption strategies, restrictions, or controls.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Third-party risk management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity leadership experience.
- Senior-level management experience with combined accountability for IT and information security.
- Proven experience building or maturing an enterprise cybersecurity program.
- Experience with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, AWS, enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, identity platforms, and cloud environments.
- Strong background in enterprise risk management, incident response, security governance, third-party risk, audit readiness, and regulatory matters.
- Ability to communicate technology, cybersecurity, and risk topics to executive, legal, and board-level audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or MBA.
- CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or equivalent senior cybersecurity certification.
- Experience in manufacturing, regulated environments, product-based companies, or organizations with complex data privacy, records retention, and partner security requirements.
