Job description
An employer is looking for a Automation Tester to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will be a part of a ServiceNow implementation. The company is looking to transition three legacy systems into ServiceNow. They have already transitioned the telecommunication and CMDB module and now moving onto orders management. This candidate will be a part of the team to create an application that end users will be able to order various types of satellite products. This candidate will responsible to verify and validate changes made to the ServiceNow system. They will be tasked to develop more efficient and modern test techniques and processes like automation using Automation Test Framework. In addition, as the senior test engineer they should be able to take the product from cradle to grave for test cases and test processes. They will be required to work with external and internal stakeholders to understand and confirm the delivery of the digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow.
Requirements
Secret Clearance ability to cage up to a TS
IAT Level II - within 2 weeks after start date
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 8-12 experience within technical development
Previous experience working within an agile environment and participating in daily, weekly, and monthly scrum meetings
Experience using automation tools for testing like Automation Test framework (ATF), cucumber, selenium, etc
Experience with DevOps, continuous integration tools and source control tools.
Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders to understand requirement and updating project status ServiceNow administration, configuration management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified
AWS cloud certifications
Benefits & conditions
$64/hr to $74/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
