INTL Solutions Engineer - AOR

We are seeking experienced Solutions Architects / Solution Engineers to join a large healthcare company and support a high-visibility initiative focused on the commercialization of specialty products.

This role sits at the intersection of architecture and engineering, requiring individuals who can design end-to-end solutions while also contributing to implementation. The team is evolving from a traditional architecture function into a more hands-on solution engineering group, focused on delivering scalable, business-driven technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and database layers ("cradle-to-grave" ownership)

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with business and engineering stakeholders

• Contribute to solution implementation, including light hands-on development and technical execution

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Collaborate with engineering teams to package and deploy solutions into production

• Identify patterns and build repeatable solutions for common business problems

• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical strategy discussions

• Balance architectural thinking with execution-ensuring solutions are both well-designed and deliverable

5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or solution engineering roles

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams - Experience with Kafka or other event streaming technologies

• Familiarity with Oracle databases

• Background in both architecture and hands-on engineering (full-stack exposure is a plus)

• Experience working in large enterprise environments

• Prior exposure to healthcare or regulated industries
