Software Engineering Manager

• Lead 10 people, including a highly technical team of software engineers
• This is not a technical role, but it requires a technical background
• Drive end?to?end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
• Partner closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as senior leadership, to align on priorities and roadmaps
• Improve engineering processes and workflows

• Must have partnered closely with Sales and Marketing teams
• Must be able to work onsite in Boston twice per week
• Must have some C# development background
• Must have experience working in the professional services industry, ideally in finance

• 170-220k Salary with a strong bonus package
