Job description

The Service Solutions Coordinator owns the day-to-day service administrative tasks and is results driven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing service contract program, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires an understanding of fabricating equipment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in service administration.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain customer service contracts: Serve as the go to person for all maintenance contracts from creation, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Maintain Contract Information: Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for service solutions initiatives Support Growth Initiatives through collaboration with other departments
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Team: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and align company services with customer needs.
  • Develop Account Plans: Create and execute strategic account plans that drive both customer success and business growth.
  • Report on Account Progress: Regularly monitor, track, and report on the status of contracts, including sales results, activity reports, and customer KPIs to sales leadership.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with account managers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Translate customer needs into detailed requirements, coordinating with the account managers for existing machine contracts and with the sales back office on new machine sales
  • Monitor the delivery of services associated with maintenance contracts to customers, ensuring a consistent level of quality and service, and addressing any issues
  • Responsible for ensuring all customer accounts are up to date

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required and minimum of some College preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably with Customer Service background
  • Excellent organizational and intra-personal skills
  • MS Word, Excel experience required
  • CRM or SAP experience a plus
