Senior UX Producer

Join a collaborative UX organization focused on delivering innovative, user-centered experiences within the medical device industry. As a Sr. UX Producer, you'll drive complex UX programs across Design, User Research, Human Factors, Content Strategy, and Instructional Design, ensuring teams stay aligned, projects remain on track, and critical initiatives move from concept to execution.

This role is ideal for a strategic program leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and excels at bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to cross-functional teams., * Lead planning and execution of UX programs across multiple disciplines.

• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to drive alignment and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency across UX programs.
• Track milestones, communicate status updates, and support leadership priorities.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 7+ years of experience in UX Program Management, UX Operations, Design Program Management, or related fields.

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of UX disciplines including Design, Research, Human Factors, and Content Strategy.
• Expertise with Jira, JPD, Smartsheet, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred.
