Job description

The Associate Full Stack Developer is responsible for implementation of client specific business requirements using a proprietary application framework. Our position is team-oriented and collaborative and works closely with other non-IT departments. We utilize technologies such as C#, JavaScript, AWS.Development and opportunities include mobile web, responsive design, Foundation 5, Bootstrap, Angular, React, Web API.

What You'll Be Doing

70% Product Development & Programming

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable websites and applications using Angular, React, C#, and other modern web technologies.

  • Program utilizing pre-constructed routines and framework components while adding customized code based on client needs and requirements.

  • Learn and maintain deep understanding of Maritz software platforms and system capabilities.

  • Produce user-friendly, and navigable website experiences within the base product.

  • Collaborate with other developers to write and troubleshoot medium to complex routines.

30% Testing, Troubleshooting & Client Support

  • Test existing implementations, perform root cause analysis, and debug programming issues to ensure optimal performance.

  • Utilize data analysis to make sound decisions while troubleshooting application bugs and performance problems.

  • Review code customizations with senior developers.

  • Provide concise project status updates and information to management and project teams.

  • Work with account teams to understand client needs and objectives, and assist in gaining project team and client approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience required. Computer Science or Engineering degree with emphasis on application development a plus 1-3 years of relevant experience in web production, interactive media, or application development required.

  • Experience with C# or JAVA (or equivalent OOP language), object-oriented application development, and logical problem-solving skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and multi-task under time constraints.

  • Professional oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, RESTful services, and/or SQL.

Benefits & conditions

  • The total compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, determined based on location, experience and qualifications. Compensation for internal candidates will be reviewed in accordance with our internal compensation practices.
