Product Owner - AI

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner - AI to support the development and execution of an enterprise-wide artificial intelligence strategy aligned with key business objectives. This role sits within a Global Technology organization and is ideal for a strategic, technically fluent product leader who can bridge AI innovation with real business impact.

As Product Owner - AI, you will play a central role in defining, prioritizing, and scaling AI products and platforms across the enterprise. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify high?value use cases, guide responsible AI adoption, and drive measurable outcomes across functions such as Product Development, Supply Chain, and Brand Management.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Product Strategy & Delivery

• Align and manage organization-wide AI product development initiatives
• Measure, track, and communicate the business value delivered through AI programs
• Partner with technology leaders and delivery teams to build, launch, and scale AI-powered products
• Ensure AI solutions are adopted effectively across the enterprise

Business Engagement & Use Case Prioritization

• Collaborate with business units through ideation sessions, workshops, and hackathons to understand pain points
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases that deliver meaningful business outcomes
• Translate business needs into scalable AI product roadmaps

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Lead insight gathering, ideation, and development of new AI-enabled business models
• Champion innovative AI initiatives through senior leadership and cross-functional forums
• Provide thought leadership on AI trends, frameworks, and enterprise applications

Responsible AI & Governance

• Establish and support Responsible AI principles, standards, and guardrails
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant AI usage
• Engage with external industry thought leaders and practitioners to stay aligned with best practices

Enablement & AI Adoption

• Evangelize AI across the organization through education, storytelling, and change leadership
• Support internal upskilling via training programs, masterclasses, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and responsible innovation

External Relationships

• Develop and maintain relationships with AI practitioners, academic institutions, and industry organizations
• Stay current on emerging technologies, platforms, and AI research relevant to enterprise adoption, * Lead high-impact AI initiatives across a complex, global organization
• Influence enterprise AI strategy, governance, and adoption
• Work at the intersection of technology, business transformation, and innovation
• Drive responsible, scalable AI solutions with measurable business value

This contract role is ideal for a seasoned AI Product Owner who thrives in strategic environments, enjoys influencing at senior levels, and is passionate about shaping the future of enterprise AI.

Do you have experience in Scalability?, Do you have a Master of Business Administration?, * Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or

• Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field strongly preferred
• MBA or PhD is a plus

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise AI platforms, including Generative and Agentic AI
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business contexts, including:
• Machine learning fundamentals
• Algorithmic concepts
• Demonstrated success leading product development in cross-functional, multidisciplinary environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and emerging AI technologies
