Job description
yWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM transformation project. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle HR Helpdesk, service delivery processes, case management, routing workflows, and reporting
.Key Responsibilitie
- sLead workshops with HR leadership and operations teams to define HR service delivery models and Helpdesk processes
- .Configure and optimize Oracle HR Helpdesk, including case categories, routing rules, SLA frameworks, escalation workflows, and agent workspaces
- .Analyze business requirements and perform gap analysis to recommend Oracle HCM enhancements
- .Design knowledge base strategies, employee self-service content, FAQs, and support documentation
- .Develop OTBI dashboards and reports covering case volume, SLA compliance, resolution metrics, and trend analysis
- .Support data migration, testing, UAT activities, and issue resolution
- .Partner with Payroll, Scheduling, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HCM teams to ensure seamless integration across modules
- .Mentor support teams and serve as a functional SME for Oracle HR Helpdesk configurations
Requirements
- s2+ years of Oracle HR Helpdesk implementation experience or equivalent HR service delivery platforms (ServiceNow HR, Salesforce Service Cloud)
- .Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- .Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting
- .Experience configuring case routing, SLA management, escalation workflows, and knowledge management solutions
- .Understanding of Oracle HCM data structures including Position, Assignment, Department, Location, Benefits, and Payroll
- .Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, integrations, reporting, analytics, and data migration
- .Bachelor's Degree required
- .Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred
