Job description
This job is in the Digital Marketing department. Leads design for complex, high-impact product experiences and shapes the user journey, driving strategic design decisions, and influencing how teams define success. Serves as a role model for craft and collaboration., * Owns the UX strategy for a product area or customer journey.
- Guides discovery work and collaborate with research and analytics partners.
- Leads design sprints, workshops, and design critiques.
- Mentors junior designers and provide structured feedback.
- Contributes to design standards, documentation, and tooling improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Exceptional visual design and storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate complex or ambiguous concepts into clear, compelling narratives and polished design deliverables
- Proven ability to influence decision-making by tailoring visual storytelling and executive-ready presentations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong experience visualizing end-to-end customer journeys and complex service experiences through storyboards, journey maps, and scenario-based prototypes
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including creating wireframes, storyboards, high-fidelity conceptual designs, and interactive prototypes with a high level of craft and polish
- Demonstrated ability to explore multiple design directions quickly and deliver refined outputs under tight timelines
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments, with a strong ability to socialize work early, synthesize feedback, and maintain creative direction
- Background designing for strategic initiatives or innovation programs (e.g., Greenhouse-type environments) preferred
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in business or related field. In lieu of a degree, eight (8) years of practical experience may offset education requirements.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years leading product design within digital teams. Experience with service design, enterprise UX, or platform design across UX, visual, and interaction design.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to lead through ambiguity and uncover user needs. Effective communicator with influence across disciplines. Strong user-centered design process and fluency in design thinking. Exposure to behavioral data, experimentation, or research synthesis., * Right to Work Notice (English) / (Spanish)
