SAP Data Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Data Program Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA business transformation initiative. This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple interconnected data-focused workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across data design, data migration, master data management, analytics, and reporting., Program Planning & Delivery

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans spanning multiple data-related workstreams.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and execution strategies.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technical teams, and program objectives.
• Monitor overall program health and proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Utilize Jira to track progress, manage dependencies, and maintain visibility into program execution.

Data Workstream Leadership

• Coordinate and drive progress across the following key workstreams:
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Data Governance
• Data Migration
• SAP Data Design
• Analytics and Reporting
• Ensure integration and alignment across all data-related initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among workstream leads and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress through regular engagement with data leads and delivery teams.

Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement

• Partner with business leaders, process owners, and functional stakeholders to define objectives, scope, priorities, and success metrics.
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across teams when priorities or dependencies conflict.
• Track stakeholder participation and identify capacity, engagement, or resource risks.
• Provide executive-level updates on program progress, risks, and key decisions.

SAP & Technology Coordination

• Collaborate closely with SAP, IT, data, and reporting teams to align delivery plans and priorities.
• Ensure integration across business processes, data structures, reporting requirements, and technology platforms.
• Provide visibility into delivery status, dependencies, and readiness activities.
• Support coordination across key business domains, including customer, pricing, billing, and financial data integrations.

Vendor & System Integrator Management

• Coordinate activities with system integrators and third-party partners.
• Track partner deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Support issue resolution and ensure adherence to quality, governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer standards.

Business Readiness & Adoption

• Coordinate readiness planning, milestone tracking, testing participation, training support, and adoption activities.
• Partner with change management, training, and communications teams to align readiness efforts across initiatives.
• Identify and escalate risks that could impact business adoption, timing, or organizational readiness.

Risk, Dependency & Value Management

• Maintain visibility into program-level risks, issues, assumptions, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), business outcomes, and value realization metrics.
• Drive reporting focused on business capabilities, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Working within a Transformation Management Office (TMO), the Data Program Manager will serve as the primary point of coordination across business stakeholders, SAP teams, IT organizations, and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP program management experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across complex, cross-functional initiatives., * Bachelor's degree required.

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 6-8 years of experience leading SAP ERP transformation programs, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Direct experience managing data-focused initiatives within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Master Data Management (MDM)

• SAP Data Design
• Analytics and Reporting
• Experience creating and managing integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Experience using Jira for project and dependency tracking.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working with business leaders, IT organizations, SAP teams, and third-party system integrators.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills., * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or related industry experience.
• Familiarity with business readiness, organizational change management, and training initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise data governance and reporting programs.
