SAP Procurement Functional Analyst

Our client is looking for a SAP Procurement Functional Analyst. This role will support functional technology area in Procurement to provide SAP ERP and SAP Ariba/Ivalua functional support for procurement (Source to Pay process) related activities and troubleshoot any issues. Address and resolve SAP functional issues related to procurement area and work on testing system changes., * Analyze and solve Procurement system and functional issues in SAP ERP (ECC or S4/HANA) and Ariba/Ivalua in a timely manner. Respond to business users for procurement system related questions and issues.

• Implement additional functionality to SAP MM, Ariba and their testing.
• Collect and analyze procurement data required for various reports on procurement activity including contract and inventory related activity.
• Prepare various reports using SAP data including state mandated annual report of procurement contracts.

• Must Have: Sound knowledge and experience of working in Procurement process - Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process. Functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module, tables, transport, transaction codes, SAP Query and Reports required. Experience of working with business users to resolve their issues. Good communication skills and customer service support as well as organizational skills required.
• Good to have: Functional knowledge of e-sourcing systems such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua. Contract Management, Catalog and Risk modules is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, should be able to generate reports using Pivot tables, XLOOKUP etc.

Education & Certifications:

• College degree or similar.
• Additional certifications, such as SAP certifications preferred, but not required.
