As a Technical Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving end-to-end program execution, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple global teams
- Owning execution rigor, including risk, dependency, and issue management to ensure on-time delivery
- Establishing operating rhythms, including program reviews, status reporting, and leadership updates
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
- Improving delivery performance, implementing program management best practices, tools, and metrics to increase predictability and throughput, Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery roles, * Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team programs across distributed teams
- Strong experience with execution management tools (Jira, dashboards, reporting tools)
- Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum practices and software delivery lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience driving enterprise-scale programs (cloud migration, AI initiatives, platform transformation)

Strong experience in RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)

Experience working with global teams

Experience with writing Product Requirements Document (PRD)

Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs / OKRs to drive delivery improvement

Certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) or equivalent experience

Experience in healthcare or regulated environments

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
