On our team, you'll design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and IT service management, develop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements and ensure platform stability and scalability, customize ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules, integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware, maintain and optimize ServiceNow performance, security, and compliance, and create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
In this role, you'll impact Enterprise Network Operations. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degreeinProject ManagementorIT
- DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
- PMI Certification such as PgMPorPMP Certification
- ITIL 4 FoundationandManaging ProfessionalFramework Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
