- Manage the end-to-end operation of internal communications channels including SharePoint, email distribution systems, and Viva Engage to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
- Design and implement automated infrastructure across communications processes using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 applications.
- Define and deploy practical applications of AI (such as Copilot) to optimize content production, data capture, and recurring reporting.
- Architect standardized measurement and reporting frameworks across all communication channels to deliver clear, actionable business trends.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven professional to join our team to support global employee and executive marketing communications. This is an operations-focused role centered on owning enterprise communications platforms, building content pipelines, and designing scalable workflows. You will help shift communication from manual execution into highly automated, system-driven delivery networks., 7+ years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, or platform program management.
Strong background designing, automating, and implementing operational workflows at scale (e.g., content intake, approval layers, and distribution).
Advanced hands-on technical proficiency with SharePoint, platform publishing utilities, and Power Automate.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience integrating AI and automation tools directly into day-to-day corporate communication workflows.
Proven capability managing and designing financial or budget-tracking systems across matrixed program structures.
Experience navigating and driving results within large, complex enterprise environments.
