Job description
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems performance, and technical support operations. This role is responsible for ensuring system uptime, security, and efficiency across the organization while supporting business-critical applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage IT operations in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and user support
- Manage and support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud environments
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all business applications
- Lead the IT support team, including help desk and system administrators
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols, backups, and disaster recovery systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with department leaders to support operational technology needs
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and software licensing
- Implement process improvements and system upgrades to enhance efficiency
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and compliance standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration, with leadership experience preferred Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred) Network & Security: Experience with SonicWall firewalls and Ubiquiti UniFi network environments Storage & Surveillance: Experience managing Synology NAS and Surveillance Station systems Systems Administration: Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory (GPOs, DNS, DHCP, permissions) Telecom Systems: Experience with RingCentral / AT&T Office@Hand VoIP systems Technical Skills: Knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and general IT infrastructure Leadership Skills: Ability to manage IT teams and prioritize multiple projects Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Communication Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts clearly
