Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet & IT Administrator to manage our vehicle fleet operations while providing day-to-day technology support across the organization. This multi-role position is ideal for a candidate who is equally comfortable coordinating vehicle maintenance and compliance as they are troubleshooting computer systems, mobile devices, and business applications.
The Fleet & IT Administrator will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles, equipment, and technology systems operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Along with supporting other departments with projects as needed., Fleet Management
- Manage company vehicle fleet, including vehicle assignments, registrations, licensing, inspections, and compliance.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, warranty claims, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fleet performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
- Track GPS, telematics, and fleet management systems.
- Assist with vehicle procurement, disposal, and replacement planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation regulations.
Information Technology Support
- Provide first-level technical support for employees, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computer hardware and user accounts.
- Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage IT asset inventory and equipment lifecycle tracking.
- Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT records.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2+ years of experience in fleet management, IT support, or a combination of both.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and general IT troubleshooting.
- Experience with fleet management software, GPS tracking, or telematics systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
