Job description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to support Agile technology teams across our organization. This role is not tied to a single team and will provide flexibility to support various initiatives, including backend platforms, eCommerce applications, and enterprise technology projects.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, improve delivery performance, and foster collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, continuous improvement mindsets, and strong Agile leadership experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Coach and support Scrum and Kanban teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness
- Track Agile metrics including velocity, cycle time, throughput, and sprint progress to drive continuous improvement
- Identify, escalate, and remove blockers that impact team productivity and delivery
- Partner closely with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional communication across multiple initiatives
- Drive transparency through reporting, stakeholder updates, and delivery insights
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting technology teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile planning, tracking, and reporting
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification
- Experience supporting backend systems, APIs, eCommerce platforms, or enterprise applications
- Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or software delivery lifecycle concepts
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve team productivity and delivery outcomes, * Do you have at least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment?

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
