Job description

Provide setup and configuration support for retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and related applicati

  • ons.Perform new store onboarding, system setup, and implementation activit
  • ies.Configure POS settings for pricing, discounts, promotions, customer limits, and loyalty progr
  • ams.Support installation and deployment of store hardware such as registers, pin pads, scales, workstations, and mobile devi
  • ces.Troubleshoot POS issues and provide Level 2 technical support, escalating when necess
  • ary.Monitor data integrations between store systems and enterprise applications, resolving issues as nee
  • ded.Gather business requirements from store users and act as a liaison between business and IT te
  • ams.Participate in QA, system testing, and user acceptance testing for new releases and enhanceme
  • nts.Create training materials, user communications, and provide guidance on new system functional
  • ity.Drive process improvements, root cause analysis, and support full lifecycle retail technology implementati

Requirements

  • s:5+ years of POS technology experienc
  • e.Experience implementing POS solutions in retail environment
  • s.Knowledge of retail operations, pricing, item, customer, and store data integratio
  • n.Experience with SDLC, testing, troubleshooting, and support processe
