Job description
Talent Groups is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in UKG Pro Timekeeping and Workforce Management (WFM) to support and optimize a large enterprise HR technology environment. This role serves as a techno functional subject matter expert responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing UKG solutions while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders., * Serve as the UKG Pro Timekeeping subject matter expert and provide techno functional support.
- Configure and maintain employee profiles, pay rules, accrual profiles, workflows, and system settings.
- Design, test, troubleshoot, and implement UKG enhancements and new functionality.
- Manage UKG workflows, business processes, reporting, and system configurations.
- Support integrations and recurring data feeds between UKG and related systems.
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and workforce reports to support business decisions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Analyze HRIS, workforce management, scheduling, and timekeeping processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of workforce management processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross functional teams on system enhancements and projects.
- Train and mentor HRIS team members and end users on UKG functionality and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with UKG Pro Timekeeping administration, system implementations, reporting, integrations, and process improvement initiatives across HRIS and workforce management platforms., * 5+ years of HRIS and Workforce Management experience.
- Hands on expertise with UKG Pro Timekeeping.
- Experience leading at least one full UKG Pro Timekeeping implementation, including integrations with Scheduling, Workday Payroll, or UKG Payroll.
- Strong experience configuring and maintaining UKG business processes and workflows.
- Advanced reporting experience using UKG Pro reporting tools and/or UKG Workforce Management Data Hub.
- Knowledge of UKG security configuration and access management.
- Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Scheduling.
- Experience supporting Workday Payroll integrations.
- Familiarity with Zebra Scheduling.
- Exposure to TOGAF or BOST methodologies.
- Experience with Selenium or other test automation tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
