Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Website Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our digital presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences through strategic web design, usability improvements, and cutting-edge interaction techniques. As a key driver of our online engagement, you will oversee website performance, implement new features, and ensure our digital platforms are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our brand vision. Your expertise will empower us to deliver compelling content and seamless user journeys that captivate our audience and support our organizational goals., * Lead the planning, design, and development of website layouts using wireframing tools like Figma or Axure to create intuitive user interfaces.

  • Manage website content using content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Implement responsive web design principles with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular to optimize user experiences across devices.
  • Enhance website performance through SEO strategies, web analytics (Google Analytics 360), and data analysis skills to monitor traffic patterns and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visual assets including logos, motion graphics via Adobe After Effects, and layout designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement in accessibility (Web Accessibility standards) and overall usability.
  • Maintain website security, perform regular updates, troubleshoot technical issues with PHP, MySQL databases, and version control systems like Git.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Website management?, * Proven experience in web development with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and front-end tools like Adobe XD or InVision.

  • Strong background in digital design, interaction design, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with content management systems including WordPress and Drupal; experience with web accessibility standards is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices coupled with experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to utilize graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating engaging visual content.
  • Experience with web development languages such as PHP and SQL databases; familiarity with Node.js or React Express is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to website maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams including marketing, UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders.
