Lead Systems Operations Engineer - IT Capacity Governance

• Execute the Capacity Governance suite of control activities, ensuring compliance with enterprise governance risk, and control requirements
• Manage the capacity breach lifecycle, including identification, escalation, tracking, and remediation of capacity-related breaches
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and enabling automation opportunities within Capacity processes, improving efficiency, strengthening control execution consistency and reducing operational risk
• Lead onboarding of infrastructure products into Capacity Governance Frameworks, coordinating across Product Engineering and platform teams
• Serve as the Technical Lead across Product Engineering, Development and Operations, translating requirements into actionable execution, driving alignment across teams
• Drive capacity reporting governance, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of metrics used for monitoring and decision-making
• Support and lead targeted reviews, audits and risk related engagement activities: Internal/External Audit, IRM, Targeted Reviews. Including walkthroughs and delivery of complete and accurate evidence
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and influence across all levels in and outside of immediate department.
• Drive remediation activities to address control gaps, implement corrective actions and ensure sustainable risk and control outcomes
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff., Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 2+ years of Risk Management or Business Controls experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT Capacity Management, Capacity Planning, Capacity Design Optimization, Capacity Forecasting, Capacity Reporting
• 5+ year of IT Service Delivery Interface including IT System Monitoring, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management and Availability Management experience
• 5+ years of technical experience with IT Infrastructure Operations including Database, Middleware, Network, Operating Systems, Servers and Storage Devices
• 2+ years of experience with Enterprise monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus/Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Google logging, Elasticsearch, Splunk, GitHub, Big Panda and Service Now., * 5+ years of experience in Process automation, machine learning engineering, data engineering, Software engineering, and building pipelines automation
• Experience executing control activities within a capacity governance or infrastructure governance environment
• Experience managing or supporting Capacity Governance Processes including reporting, monitoring and breach management
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional onboarding or compliance efforts across infrastructure or product teams
• Recent and demonstrated ability to influence management on technical or business solutions
• Experience in partnering with developers and architects from other teams to build solutions and resolve system and business problems
• Experience in leading / facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution
• Experience with configuring and supporting application capacity and performance modeling for server/server less assets and network devices in advanced capacity planning and modeling tools such as Helix Continuous Optimization or TrueSight Capacity Optimization by BMC
• Strong knowledge and experience with deploying automations at scale in cloud environments such as GCP or Azure
• Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work with Agile teams to define and track user stories
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to understand and communicate effectively about technical, complex compliance standards and policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning, collaborative team of professionals, including the ability to form relationships at all levels of the organization.
