Senior SW Engineer

• Tackle impediments with development practices that hold back iterative delivery
• Help development teams learn techniques that support delivering smaller slices of value
• Creating prototypes, workshops, and coding dojos to grow agile technical practices
• Provide content and support to a Developer Community of Practice
• Prior experience with OpenAI/GenAI APIs (GPT/Dall-e, whisper).
• Design, test and optimize prompts for AI -driven applications.
• Implementing AI-powered chatbots, automation and content generation tools.
• Working with LLMs to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability. Integrating generative AI solutions into existing business flows.
• Run Pair and Mob Programming exercises
• Participate in scrum process as team member
• Develop tools automation across the software development lifecycle

You will work closely with our software engineering teams as an Agile & Artificial Intelligence champion of complementary technical excellence practices. You will work with developers solving problems that impede the ability to build quality, drive collaboration & improve efficiency with a goal of frequently delivering small slices of value. You must have the hands-on development skills necessary to understand technical issues, prototype solutions and gain trust in your execution. You should have a passion for writing maintainable and quality-first code. You should want to continuously add emerging technologies and practices to your personal toolkit. You should want to teach and help your peers to adopt new ways of working.

You will also be part of a team evolving our software delivery pipeline to the ATT AI internal tool.

Experience working on a Scrum product delivery team is required. You should understand the basics of professional Scrum along with the value to be gained by self-managing teams that deliver small slices of value in short iterations., * Bachelors or masters in computer science, AI, data science or related fields

• Experience in OpenAI APIs, large LLMs or generative AI tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
• Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques

Experience in API integrations and AI Driven automation
