Job description
Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Requirements
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, Experience in SAP Security in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Hands on SAP Security expertise in SAP S4HANA, HANA, FIORI, ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / BOBJ / GRC (hands on experience in min 3 systems - for example ECC, GRC and S4HANA) GRC Access Control support / implementation experience Experience in SoD remediation Experience in conducting SOX controls and reviews Experience with SAP Activate Methodology Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain., Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead small teams Willingness and experience to work with global teams across time zones., * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
