Job description
We are seeking a highly accomplished ServiceNow Principal Architect with proven experience in leading enterprise-scale implementations and building Centre of Excellence (COE). This role demands not only deep technical expertise but also the thought leadership to shape platform strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive innovation that positions ServiceNow as a key enabler of business transformation. Reporting directly to the VP of Solutions, this role will serve as the senior-most leader of our ServiceNow delivery capability in the U.S. and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm's ServiceNow offerings., · Solution Architecture & Strategy
· Build a U.S.-based ServiceNow consulting practice from the ground up, achieving a $10M+ book of business within 18 months
· Define and execute scalable delivery methodologies, team structures, and operational standards
· Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to drive pipeline growth, support RFPs, and close strategic deals
· Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
· Create a forward-looking ServiceNow platform roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
· Ensure architecture meets enterprise security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
COE Leadership & Governance
· Establish and lead the ServiceNow COE to drive governance, standards, and best practices.
· Define development frameworks, delivery methodologies, and reusable assets for faster, consistent deployments.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· Thought Leadership
· Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives and business leaders on leveraging ServiceNow for digital transformation.
· Anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable platform strategies.
· Represent the organization in ServiceNow community forums, webinars, and conferences to showcase capabilities and innovations.
· Author whitepapers, case studies, and best-practice guides to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
· Lead ideation workshops to introduce next-gen ServiceNow capabilities and emerging technologies
· Inspire and align cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of platform excellence.
· Delivery & Operational Excellence
· Oversee technical delivery teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to best practices.
· Perform architectural reviews and ensure solutions meet business and technical KPIs.
· Track ROI of platform initiatives and communicate measurable business impact.
· Mentorship & Capability Building
· Mentor architects, developers, and analysts to strengthen organizational ServiceNow expertise.
· Conduct enablement programs, training sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
· Mastery of multiple ServiceNow modules and integration patterns.
· Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures.
