Job description

What You'll Do: You'll own projects end-to-end - from original concept through design, implementation, and closeout - while keeping stakeholders aligned and outcomes on track. Day-to-day, that means:

  • Planning and managing multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
  • Leading process improvement initiatives across people, process, and technology
  • Driving performance engineering and process redesign efforts
  • Conducting data collection, process analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Adhering to department standards for project execution and performance improvement
  • Serving as a key cross-functional collaborator and communicator across teams
  • Operating with increasing autonomy as you grow into the PM II level

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of project management experience OR High school diploma/GED and 3+ years managing projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office proficiency

PM II - Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of managing projects OR High school diploma/GED and 5+ years managing projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience with data collection, process analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

vSolid Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred / Bonus Points (both levels):

  • PMP certification or equivalent industry-recognized credential
  • Healthcare industry project management experience
  • Experience with business and IT planning
  • Application implementation and support background
  • Understanding of process interrelationships and systems thinking
