AI/ML Engineer

• We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer (MLOps & Computer Vision) to support strategic initiatives for the State of Texas., * Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Develop Computer Vision models and image processing solutions.
• Analyze and process geospatial and spatial datasets using GIS technologies.
• Implement scalable AI architectures and optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and model governance artifacts.
• Ensure model reliability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Support model monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization activities.
• Work closely with transportation, logistics, or smart city initiatives to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, MLOps, and Computer Vision solutions.
• Candidates must have prior experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Smart City domains (Government or Private Sector experience is acceptable).
• Strong hands-on experience with Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data analysis is mandatory.
• This role requires designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders., * 10+ years of overall IT experience.
