Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our EPC Global Project Controls team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of large-scale digitization and transformation initiatives. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a critical bridge between technology, process, and people, translating complex system and capability changes into clear, actionable strategies that empower global stakeholders to embrace and effectively utilize new tools and processes. Partnering closely with project managers, product owners, process owners, and senior leadership, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that ensure new solutions deliver measurable business value. This role demands a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is passionate about enabling organizational transformation through people-centered approaches., * Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project goals, timelines, and EPC operating rhythms
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments covering people, process, data, technology, roles, and controls
- Define and maintain OCM plans, including communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement activities
- Partner with project managers, product owners, SMEs, and leadership to embed change management from project initiation
- Draft and deliver clear, audience-specific communications explaining new system features, project goals and scope, business capabilities enabled, and required stakeholder actions
- Plan and facilitate roadshows, demos, town halls, and awareness sessions for global stakeholders
- Prepare leadership-ready materials including executive briefings, steering committee decks, and decision and alignment presentations
- Maintain and update SharePoint and Digital Transformation Hub pages with accurate and current change content
- Design training strategies and learning journeys aligned to role-based needs
- Create and coordinate training decks, walkthroughs, job aids, and enablement materials
- Partner with SMEs and process owners to ensure training reflects real-world scenarios and usage
- Design and administer business readiness surveys, analyze results, and identify risks and mitigation actions
- Develop post-go-live adoption plans to reinforce behaviors and close adoption gaps
- Define, track, and report KPIs and OKRs related to adoption, usage, and value realization
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to identify user pain points, experience gaps, and opportunity areas
- Develop materials to define success metrics and expected outcomes for digitization initiatives

- 8 to 10 years of experience in communications, training design, and stakeholder engagement
- 8 to 10 years of experience in adoption analytics, KPI and OKR reporting, and business readiness measurement
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives preferred
- Background in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Finance, or Supply Chain environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Prosci Change Management Certification or ADKAR methodology certification preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management methodologies, with Prosci and ADKAR certification or experience preferred
- Strong business and technical writing and storytelling capabilities
- Proven stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of training design and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in survey design, data analysis, and insight generation
- Skilled facilitation of workshops, roadshows, and leadership sessions
- Experience in KPI and OKR definition and adoption tracking
- Design thinking and user-centric problem-solving abilities
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint
