Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and support a large-scale enterprise security audit readiness initiative. This role is pivotal in ensuring organizational preparedness before and during a formal audit process. The selected candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams, application owners, and information security leaders to manage compliance deliverables, track remediation activities, and ensure executive visibility throughout the engagement., * Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects related to security audits, compliance, and risk remediation.

  • Coordinate vulnerability management, audit readiness activities, and vendor compliance assessments.
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Legal, and Application Support teams to track progress and deliver audit-related objectives.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting, project plans, and status updates to senior leadership.
  • Support the development and review of security architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Oversee timelines and dependencies for remediation and risk mitigation tasks across 80+ applications.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project to maintain visibility and accountability.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in audit readiness frameworks and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Technical or Program Management experience, preferably within security, compliance, or technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of security audits, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and enterprise-level projects.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including written reports and briefings.
  • Experience developing or reviewing technical architecture documentation and system diagrams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
