Job description

As a consultant you'll impact organizational change strategy work stream transformations, which can include a wide range of programs such as leadership and culture changes, technology transformations, stakeholder engagement, establishing and delivering organizational change adoption initiatives and/or driving AI adoption and other workforce transformation, and ensuring delivery translates into measurable adoption and sustained behavioral change. This helps leaders to align on purpose, culture, and workforce capabilities. This work sits at the intersection of strategy, people, technology and performance.

  • Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans
  • Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs)
  • Support training planning/content development and enablement execution
  • Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions
  • Support change network operations and governance cadences
  • Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments., * 2-5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles

  • Strong writing/storytelling; comfortable presenting and facilitating
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable in fast-moving programs
  • Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement and agentic workflows
  • Strong collaboration across business and technology teams
  • Basic understanding of how AI-enabled tools and solutions are applied in organizational change contexts, including their role in supporting change strategy, execution, and the human change journey.
