- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, SAP, and R&R processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports with custom applications and development to visualize key performance indicators and business trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams employing project management methodologies to deliver timely analytics solutions aligned with project goals.
- Design and optimize database structures using Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and database design principles to support scalable data storage solutions.
- Conduct business analysis by translating complex data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders across departments.
- Implement data integration techniques utilizing scripting tools to streamline data workflows.
- Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for analytics projects, ensuring quality standards are met from conception through deployment.

- Hands-on experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with compliance methodologies and project management practices for delivering analytics projects and audit questionnaires on time.
- Understanding of SDLC processes for software development and deployment of analytics solutions.
- Experience with database design principles and working with linked data sources for comprehensive analysis.
