Job description
HAND Enterprise Solution USA Inc. has an opening for Computer Systems Analysts in Ann Arbor, Michigan. 40 hrs/wk; 9am -5pm; M-F.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers' existing business processes by conducting structured requirements analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews, and translate operational workflows into
Oracle NetSuite functional designs and system configurations.

Use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to prepare functional specifications, process flow diagrams, gap analyses, and solution documentation that reflects customers' purchasing, inventory management, and production processes.

Collaborate closely with customers to review solution options, validate assumptions, and finalize NetSuite configurations aligned with business objectives.

Configure and validate Oracle NetSuite systems based on customers' organizational structures, authorization models, and end-to-end business processes.

Produce detailed configuration and development documentation using MS Office and SharePoint to explain system purpose, configuration logic, and integration points.

Support light custom development and interface logic using JavaScript, MySQL, and HTML/CSS where required for reporting dashboards, data validation tools, or web-based extensions.

Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system behavior meets customer requirements, and revise configurations based on feedback.

Review, revise, and maintain Oracle NetSuite user manuals and operational guides by incorporating configuration updates and process changes.

Publish and manage documentation through SharePoint or related knowledge portals to ensure controlled access and version consistency.

Train client users through structured training sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and reference materials, ensuring users gain a solid understanding of NetSuite workflows and daily operations.

Support day-to-day operations of existing Oracle NetSuite systems by responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing functional or technical issues, and resolving system errors.

Perform on-site troubleshooting for complex issues, including system access, workstation compatibility, and data inconsistencies.

Apply PC/workstation configuration knowledge to ensure client endpoints, browsers, network access, and file transfer tools are correctly set up to support NetSuite usage and related applications.

Manage system deployment activities by migrating configurations and customizations from test environments to production environments.

Coordinate master data collection, data cleansing, migration, and validation, using MySQL for data checks where applicable.

Utilize FileZilla and related secure transfer tools to manage file exchanges between systems and environments.

Provide on-site go-live support to help ensure stable Oracle NetSuite system operation during production rollout.

Continuously enhance Oracle NetSuite system functionality by modifying configurations and developing supplemental programs to meet evolving customer needs.

Maintain system stability through regular reviews of configuration consistency, interface behavior, and user access controls.

Support minor front-end enhancements or reporting interfaces using JavaScript and HTML/CSS and maintain supporting content or portals through WordPress or SharePoint as needed.

Collect new customer requirements, operational feedback, and enhancement requests, and communicate findings to the project manager.

Participate in solution design discussions by proposing detailed functional and technical approaches, supported by documented analysis and implementation plans prepared using MS Office and collaborative review through SharePoint.

Proactively report ideas for system enhancements, optimization opportunities, or development programs to leadership, supported by structured proposals, feasibility assessments, and implementation recommendations grounded in hands-on Oracle NetSuite system experience and supporting software tools.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Requirements: Master's degree in information systems or a related field, plus 12 months of experience in Computer-Related Occupation with experience in MS Office, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML/CSS, WordPress, SharePoint, FileZilla, and PC/workstation configuration., * Master's (Required)
