AWS Systems Administrator

• Architect and direct highly available infrastructure operations across AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Execute advanced server configurations, automated patching, and performance tuning for Windows and Linux instances.
• Administer enterprise CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and organizational settings within Azure DevOps.
• Manage complex Microsoft 365 ecosystems, identity platforms, and comprehensive access control policies.
• Monitor network latency, throughput, and system resource utilization to troubleshoot critical performance bottlenecks.
• Evaluate and refactor existing IT infrastructure solutions to optimize operational costs and technical efficiency.
• Coordinate software upgrades, firewall installations, and vendor escalations for complex application dependencies.

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise systems administration and IT infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services and Microsoft Windows Server architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platforms, Microsoft 365 environments, and cloud-based network architectures.
• Experience in Linux system administration utilizing RedHat and Ubuntu distributions.
• Experience with network communications including TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS, and NTFS permissions.
• Experience in configuring IIS, API management middleware, and IT service automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
