Job description
As a CMMS Administrator, you will ensure the implementation and management of the client's new software, while coordinating building maintenance interventions.

The role combines the technical administration of maintenance management software and the operational coordination of technical interventions on site.
- Implementation and management of the new CMMS software.
- Provide level 1 and 2 user support and coordinate level 3 interventions with the software provider.
- Perform data imports/exports and technical configurations on databases.
- Supervise the routing of intervention requests and ensure compliance with processing deadlines.
- Monitor technical alarm systems and their integration into the CMMS software.
