Job description

As a CMMS Administrator, you will ensure the implementation and management of the client's new software, while coordinating building maintenance interventions.

We offer you a long-term full-time assignment with comprehensive training planned from your arrival! Tasks

The role combines the technical administration of maintenance management software and the operational coordination of technical interventions on site.

  • Implementation and management of the new CMMS software.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 user support and coordinate level 3 interventions with the software provider.
  • Perform data imports/exports and technical configurations on databases.
  • Supervise the routing of intervention requests and ensure compliance with processing deadlines.
  • Monitor technical alarm systems and their integration into the CMMS software.

Requirements
