Cloud DevOps Platform Engineer

On behalf of our banking client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Cloud DevOps Platform Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for designing, evolving, and operating Cloud and DevOps platforms to support development teams., * Design, build and operate reliable DevOps / Cloud platforms based on AWS, Azure, GitHub, JFrog and CI/CD tools.

• Evolve the Software Factory services, particularly around release management, observability and cloud capabilities.
• Develop and maintain scripts, tools and technical components in Python, Go, Bash or PowerShell to improve operational efficiency and deployment quality.
• Automate provisioning, configuration and infrastructure lifecycle using Terraform, Puppet or Ansible, following an Infrastructure as Code approach.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity and risk management teams to apply internal standards and promote best DevOps / DevSecOps practices.

• Proven experience in a software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering or platform engineering role.
• Proficiency in at least one development or scripting language (Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments, as well as IaC approaches.
• Good knowledge of technical architecture topics, including integration, security, networking, IAM and platform operations.
• Strong collaboration, communication and cross-functional working skills with technical and governance stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English, with residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate; additional expertise in DevSecOps, FinOps or Agentic AI is an advantage.
