Job description

Own and manage the Atlassian Cloud tenancy for the PPM domain end-to-end across the full product lifecycle.

  • Manage vendor contracts and licensing: renewals, SLAs, costs, and commercial relationships with Atlassian and third-party app vendors.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Prioritize features and releases with stakeholders and maintain the product roadmap based on value, customer needs, and feasibility.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for platform capabilities (workflows, schemas, automations, integrations, apps, UX/config) considering risk, compliance, and technical constraints.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
  • Oversee platform administration governance: permissions, project templates, workflow design, automation rules, app governance, and marketplace evaluations.
  • Ensure solution designs are feasible, scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive delivery of high-quality solution increments across sprints and releases while preserving design integrity and usability.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and business impact.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Continuously improve the platform using operational metrics, incidents, and adoption data; promote best practices, self-service, and documentation.
  • Contribute to solution roadmaps, align with adjacent products and platforms, and optimize through simplification and automation.
  • Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies with relevant teams. Communicate risks and issues transparently to stakeholders and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 5 years in IT product management, business analysis, or a comparable role.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Atlassian products in an administrative or product ownership capacity (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) - including configuration, workflows, permission schemes, project templates and automation.
  • Experience managing Atlassian Cloud environments and third-party Marketplace apps; working knowledge of REST APIs and common integrations (CI/CD, ITSM, IAM and collaboration tools). party Marketplace apps; working knowledge of REST APIs and common integrations (CI/CD, ITSM, IAM and collaboration tools).
  • Strong IT background: application landscapes, integrations, security and cloud operations; familiarity with identity/authentication (SSO/SAML), data protection and enterprise security requirements.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts, license portfolios, and commercial/vendor relationships.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, project management, and risk management.
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks and practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with proven ability to apply them pragmatically.
  • Agile certification (e.g. CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM) and/or Atlassian product/admin certification(s) preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate technical needs into actionable backlog items and deliver measurable platform value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product goals
  • Solid facilitation, stakeholder management, and technical communication skills across IT and business stakeholders.
