  • Design and build scalable Java microservices on AWS
  • Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs
  • Build integrations with Airtable, Linear, and Slack
  • Implement AI-powered features including intelligent time suggestions and categorization
  • Own infrastructure, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
  • Help shape architecture, integration frameworks, and product direction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience is required.
  • Strong expertise in Java with Spring Boot or Quarkus is essential.
  • Deep AWS experience with various services is necessary., * Design and build scalable Java microservices on AWS.
  • Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs.
  • Own infrastructure, CI/CD, and engineering best practices., * 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong Java + Spring Boot/Quarkus expertise
  • Deep AWS experience (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, API Gateway, CDK/CloudFormation)
  • Experience with APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • AI-first mindset with hands-on use of tools like Copilot, Claude, or Cursor
  • Experience building greenfield products from concept to production

Nice to Have

  • Airtable, Linear, or Slack integrations
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, RAG, or embeddings
  • React/TypeScript exposure
  • SaaS or time-tracking domain experience
