About the company

Everyone at HUBBLR is obsessed about building innovative products with our clients and we hope you are as well. We take pride in believing that the way products should be built in 2026 is a fast moving, iterative approach but, unlike most agencies, we search for talent that understands where we've cut corners (and why) and what it takes to scale a software product in the long run - so that the decision making process in the early phases can benefit from experience on what the later phases of a software project look like. Hence we're looking for people who are happy to work in entrepreneurial, flexible but fast growing and ever changing environments, can fit into a hybrid culture, and can take ownership in client facing projects. For this role we're looking for a seasoned individual who has proven themselves in multiple projects to build fast (with technically creative solutions to hold short delivery cycles) software that can eventually scale with time. The tech world is changing fast and HUBBLR embraces that change. Culturally we're looking for people who can and want to ride this wave, leveraging cutting edge technology (we provide sandboxed work environments to maintain our security standards and are always happy to try out new tools). We expect our people to have a mindset that sometimes we need to unlearn existing knowledge/skills to become better in these new environments. Most of our clients are situated in Germany, hence a high level of business English is required. Other than that, we'll happily welcome you to our Valencia Office (Marítim) with your own workstation. The role in a nutshell We are looking for a persona with a background heavily oriented in backend roles but who eventually grew into managing frontends as well, still likes hands on engineering work and loves the product work grind. Any engineer at HUBBLR should be able to take perspective on what a product manager does, meaning also owning the product, iterating on user feedback and bringing in ideas on how to shape products. Furthermore we're looking for someone who is willing to take ownership and drive success in our client projects, participate in architectural & technical decision making and is able to build a digital product from early stages to scaling it up. This role is a hybrid role, meaning we expect you to work at least 2-3 days a week from the office. We have offices in Germany and Spain (Valencia) and enable you to travel, but would like you to spend time in your dedicated office to form a local team culture. This position is looking to be filled in Valencia, Spain - on site days are mandatory.
